HEXADECA Solutions (PT Hexadeca Visi Masa) collects information you provide directly through contact forms, the Get Started questionnaire, newsletter subscriptions, or interactions with our AI assistant (Hexa).

Collected data includes: name, email address, phone number, company name, project requirements, indicative budget, and your messages. For active clients, we also retain invoice, contract, and project-communication data.

We automatically log limited technical data — IP address, device type, browser, visited pages, and referrer — strictly for analytics, security, and site-performance optimization.

Your data is used to: (a) respond to inquiries and prepare service proposals; (b) process transactions and issue invoices; (c) send relevant project updates or marketing materials (with opt-out); (d) improve service quality and user experience; (e) comply with Indonesian legal and tax obligations.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes.

Data is stored on encrypted cloud infrastructure (Supabase / Lovable Cloud) with role-based access control (RLS) and strict authentication policies. All data transfers occur over HTTPS/TLS.

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data from unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. However, no system is 100% secure; you remain responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.

Active client data is retained for the duration of our engagement and up to 5 years afterward, in accordance with Indonesian tax and legal archival obligations.

We use functional cookies to store language preferences and session state, plus analytics cookies (e.g. Google Analytics) to understand visitor behavior in aggregate, anonymized form.

You can accept or decline non-essential cookies via the consent banner shown on first visit. Your browser settings may also be configured to block cookies, though some site features may not function optimally.

Under Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP No. 27/2022), you have the right to: access, correct, update, or request deletion of your personal data; withdraw consent for processing; and object to specific processing activities.
